Iberdrola México opened the third call for scholarships for young people interested in studying engineering at the Technological University of the Central Valleys of Oaxaca (UTVCO).
At Iberdrola México we are convinced of the need to work towards exceeding such figure, since skills and professions are not related to the gender, and we are very proud to learn that the company’s daily operation is in the hands of committed professional women.
At the company, we know the importance of energy for the country and the world: it is society’s engine. Therefore, through innovation we endeavor to offer alternatives that will allow us to reduce environmental impact and ensure a more sustainable and efficient operation.
In 2022, the company is offering 164 positions related to engineering, big data, data analytics, cybersecurity, besides other degrees including business administration and management, economics, and law.
Since 2015, we have celebrated February 11 as the International Day of Women and Girls in Science established by the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) General Assembly.
Iberdrola México opened a new call of its scholarship program for 15 Mexicans or foreigners residing in the country to study a master’s degree in Mexico or in Spain during the school year 2022-2024.
Iberdrola México, in alliance with the University of the Central Valleys of Oaxaca (UTVCO), held the second edition of the Impulso STEM Forum, a space addressed to encourage the interest of high-school students in Oaxaca in programs related to science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
