Iberdrola México, S.A. de C.V., is the subholding company in Mexico that holds the equity stakes in the head of business companies that perform their activities in Mexico, either directly, totally or partially, by the Company or through the ownership of shares or interests in other companies, while remaining subject to the provisions of sectorial laws applicable at all times, and mainly to the electricity sector.

Iberdrola México, S.A. de C.V. pursues its activity in Mexico through the following companies: Iberdrola Renovables México, S.A. de C.V., which engages in electricity production and marketing through facilities that use renewable energy sources, and Iberdrola Generación México, S.A. de C.V., which engages in electricity generation and electricity and natural gas marketing.
