Nowadays the concepts of diversity, equality and inclusion are relevant and subject to debate in different sectors. These questions have been on the agenda at Iberdrola México and now more than ever we want people inside and outside the company to know about them. At Iberdrola México we are moving ahead with actions to promote diversity, equality and inclusion. As of 2022, our company extended maternity and paternity leave, providing periods longer than the ones required by law.
